Return & Refund Policy

At CanisSphere, we want you (and your dog) to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not happy with your CanisSphere product, we’re here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in its original condition

  • In the original packaging

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at [support@canissphere.com] with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide instructions and a return shipping address.

Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Refunds

Once we receive your return and inspect the item, we’ll notify you about the status of your refund. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your CanisSphere arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please contact us immediately at [contact@canissphere.com] with photos and your order number. We’ll make it right with a replacement or a full refund—no hassle.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like to swap for a different color or style, we recommend returning your item and placing a new order.
